What time can I check in and check out? Check-in is from 2.00 p.m. - Check-out is by 10.00 a.m.
I will be arriving late at night. Will there be someone to let me in? Yes, Reception is open 24 hours a day and our staff are always on hand to welcome you.
What sort of breakfast do you serve? Breakfast includes a generous sweet and savoury buffet, baskets of fresh fruit and an espresso bar serving coffee and cappuccino. You can take breakfast in the breakfast room or, in fine weather, on the adjacent terrace every morning between 8.00 a.m. and 10.00 a.m.
Can I book a room directly from your website? At the moment, on our website, it is possible to check prices and availability in real time, entering your arrival and departure dates, the number of guests and the number of rooms required. What credit cards do you accept? We accept all credit cards for bookings and payment. Maestro cards may also be used for payments in the hotel.
Why do I have to give my credit card number when making a booking? To confirm your booking we require, together with your credit card's details, a deposit equivalent to 30% of the total cost of the stay.
Cancellations and penalties No penalty for cancellations received after 30 days from the date of arrival. 30% for stays cancelled by 29 to 8 days before. 100% for cancellations received less than 8 days. In case of early departure will be charged the entire stay.
I am coming by car. Where can I park? You may leave your car in the hotel's external car park.
I am arriving by air: how do I get to the hotel? You may request, at reasonable prices, our direct transfer service to and from Catania – Fontanarossa International Airport (about 120 Km away from the Resort). The service has a variable cost according to time and number of people. The airport is also served by buses of the Etna Trasporti line (Airport – Licata).
Can I use the internet in your hotel? Yes, a PC with internet access is always available for clients to use in the lobby.
Our children are coming with us. Do we need to notify the hotel? Yes. Children up to three years old stay free if they share the room with their parents. Children aged 3 to 11 are entitled to a 50% discount on the adult price for an additional bed. Children aged over 11 are entitled to a 30% discount on the price for an additional bed. Can we bring our dog to the hotel? Yes, but only small ones.
Can I book tours and excursions directly from the hotel? Yes, our staff will be happy to advise you on the best itineraries and to book tours and excursions in and around Agrigento and its "Valley of the Temples", Caltagirone, famous for the production of pottery, Piazza Armerina, the town which is famous chiefly for its Roman mosaics in the Villa Romana del Casale, Ragusa Ibla, which hosts a wide array of Baroque architecture.
It is my wife's birthday and I want to surprise her. Can you help? On request, we can organize any surprise you may wish. The cool bubbles of a bottle of champagne, delicious cakes, bouquets of flowers waiting for you in the room: choose how you want to surprise your loved ones, with our help, to make an important occasion truly unforgettable.
Is there a fridge that guests can use? In every room there is a minibar at guests' disposal.
Is smoking permitted in the hotel? Smokers can use the wide outdoor areas. Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside the hotel. |
